Estimates are based on the initial assessment and may be subject to change depending on project scope or unforeseen conditions. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to better serve all of our customers. On-Site Access Please ensure we have access to the areas needing evaluation at the time of your appointment. For roofing estimates, this may include exterior access around the home. Project Scope & Pricing Final pricing will be confirmed after a full evaluation of the project. Any changes to the scope of work may affect the final cost. Weather Considerations (Roofing & Exterior Work) Appointments for roofing or exterior services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
