Booking Policy: At Ultimate Construction Pros, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable service for every estimate request. Appointments & Availability All estimate appointments are scheduled based on availability. A member of our team will confirm your requested date and time. Estimates All estimates are priced based on location and travel distance. Estimates are based on the initial assessment and may be subject to change depending on project scope or unforeseen conditions. If we are chosen for scope of work, any amount paid for the estimate goes towards cost of project. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to better serve all of our customers. On-Site Access Please ensure we have access to the areas needing evaluation at the time of your appointment. For roofing estimates, this may include exterior access around the home. Project Scope & Pricing Final pricing will be confirmed after a full evaluation of the project. Any changes to the scope of work may affect the final cost. Weather Considerations (Roofing & Exterior Work) Appointments for roofing or exterior services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
